Donate to help build our accessible garden

How can you help build our accessible garden?

We need to raise $3,000 to realize our gardening dreams! A few items include tables, chairs, shade canopies, raised beds, vegetable starts, soil, and other gardening accessories for the ICC garden and the community garden.

For a gift of $1,000 you will receive the opportunity to have your family name inscribed on a permanent plaque in the garden.

Will you help us reach our goal? Every gift is helpful and appreciated!

How does your garden grow? Glad you asked!

We are excited to announce two new gardening projects to benefit all who visit the Inclusive Community Center! We know how important it is for everyone to be able to gather here to make valuable connections, share a laugh, and swap resources, so we are creating a new gathering space outside in addition to our current indoor lobby. To make our garden accessible to all, we need to buy special tools, some tables with umbrellas, and raised beds. Your donation can help us get there!

We are converting a few parking spaces near the main entrance to an area with tables, chairs and umbrellas for folks to enjoy time outside. That area will include several raised garden beds where the gardening class will grow flowers and veggies to enjoy. Students will set up the garden, maintain it, and everyone will be welcome to share the bounty!

Along with our parking lot garden, the gardening class and Milestones day program have reserved a spot at the nearby Community Garden in Northampton. We want to turn that into a peaceful refuge as well as a learning space.
